Atkins is committed to a culture of learning, and of sharing that learning across the firm. Learning is an important investment in the quality of the organization and the growth of employees.
Atkins University’s role is to help the firm prioritize training and development activities to support critical business needs. It also provides tools and resources to help managers and employees establish learning paths that align development with individual staff skill needs and performance goals. We support a variety of formal and informal processes that center on the learner.

Assessments help employees and managers to identify skill needs and discuss expectations before getting involved in training. The training itself should be related to, and supportive of, work processes, especially as processes change due to technology and stronger integration of the way work is performed throughout our multiple offices. The University provides methods to track and report how the new learning is transferred to the job.
Atkins University can help you answer the question, “What do you want to be able to do better or differently to perform your job at a higher level and grow your career?”
