Having trouble accessing Manage My Learning?

Login error?
Your login should be automatic when behind the Atkins firewalls, whether in an office or connecting via VPN or Mobile*net. 

If you see the screen below and are asked to log in...

USERNAME: employee#@atkinsglobal.com

 

Pop-up box asking for credentials?
The Atkins servers are unable to authenticate your credentials. Please open a Help Desk ticket to have your local IT assist you.

Need your training record?
From the Manage My Learning dashboard, click on the My Transcripts menu. Certificates earned from internal courses will be displayed on the next screen. Click the 'Print Transcript' button to display all completed courses.  Please note,
not all completions are reported in real time. Atkins University updates training records on a monthly basis for those that do not report in real time.
