Continuing Education Credit

We contract for specific libraries of continuing education courses from the following vendors: PDH Engineer, Red Vector, Smart Pros, USGBC, SHRM. Please use Manage My Learning to find and enroll in courses that are part of our corporate library contract. Please contact us if you have questions or have problems locating a course.

For any licensed, registered or certified professional designation:

• ALWAYS check your state or professional association requirements to verify required topics and number of credit hours needed. This is YOUR responsibility as a professional.
• Atkins University courses list credit hours generally approved by accrediting agencies and associations. Check the catalog for information by course.

Atkins University is an approved training provider for:

Florida Board of Professional Engineers (FBPE),
Project Management Institute (PMI), 
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)
American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Classroom and webinar programs from the University may be pre-approved for credit. Ask us for details.

• Atkins University contracts with vendors who are approved to offer continuing education courses or PDHs for credential maintenance. All courses can be found in the Add New Course catalog of the Manage My Learning dashboard. Click the link in the bar at the top of this page to reach the catalog.
• Professionals who can earn continuing education credit through Atkins University’s offerings include, but are not limited to, PE, AIA, ASLA, AICP, RLS, and PMP.
• For LEED continuing education, check with local USGBC chapters listed here or see our list of FREE courses.  Atkins University also contracts with USGBC for access to their recorded webinars, which carry LEED specific credit. Login to Manage My Learning for more details.
